Registration

Click on the above button to be taken to a Google Form to register. Note that there is no registration fee for this conference. 

You will have the option to:

• Sign up to give a short ten minute talk in the 14:00 - 15:00 slot. Open to undergraduates who have done research projects, Masters students, PhD students, and Postdocs. You will be asked to give a short description of the rough area the talk will be on. Abstracts can be provided closer to the time. The deadline is the 27th January for those interested in giving a talk. 

• Sign up to give a poster presentation in the 15:00 - 16:00 slot. The posters will be displayed in the South Mezzanine during the networking session. Open to undergraduates who have done research projects, Masters students, PhD students, and Postdocs. 

• Register your interest in 1:1 appointments with our sponsors to talk about careers. Our current sponsors are Optiver, Jane Street and Cisco. We will be in touch with more details about these appointments closer to the time.  

• Apply for travel funding. We have limited funding to reimburse travel to Oxford. This will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and we can only reimburse reasonable travel up to £40. We would also recommend asking your home institution for help funding travel costs. The deadline is the 27th January for applying for travel funding. 

Please note that everyone is welcome at this event regardless of their gender identity. However, women and non-binary people will be prioritised for talks, posters, and 1:1 appointments.

• Is this conference open to people not from Oxford? Yes, anyone can attend. We also have limited travel funding to support travel from within the UK. 

• Is there a registration fee to attend? No, there is no fee.
